Visit the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary Art Festival on Saturday, July 26, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. on the grounds between the library and Westlake Elementary School. The annual event will feature over 70 artist booths, food trucks, and live music throughout the day.

The Ohio Department of Health is discontinuing the program which, since early 2022, provided free COVID-19 test kits to public libraries. WPPL is currently distributing our last shipment of kits, after that the library will no longer have free COVID-19 test kits.
