Show off your holiday decorating skills! Individuals or families are invited to sign up to decorate a gingerbread house to be displayed during the month of December. Drop off your gingerbread house at the Circulation Desk during the week of November 24 up to Sunday, December 1.
The library is undergoing a series of improvement projects including creating a dedicated Young Adult area in Youth Services, reorganization of Circulation, and opening of the second floor to the public. In addition, self-service coffee and other vending options will be available this winter.
WPPL is proud to offer the Myrna Chelko Literacy Initiatives—Little Sprouts for children ages 4 and under and Reading Is Elementary for kids in grades K-4. Participating in these initiatives will help build the habits that foster lifelong learning—plus there are fabulous prizes!

Kanopy Kids features a collection of films and TV series that inspire and inform, helping children develop social-emotional skills and reinforcing valuable learning topics, such as history, science, and new languages. Tickets are not required to play in Kanopy Kids. Enjoy unlimited plays in our curated collection for kids.
